The Indian mealmoth is known to infest basically anywhere food is stored, especially dry foodstuffs including seed, pasta, and popcorn.  They get into containers that are not sealed tightly and even chew through sealed bags. Indian mealmoths are difficult to get rid of and typically require fumigation to exterminate in commercial food operations.
